Complete Rules & Guide

Everything you need to know about V-Total

1. What is V-Total?

V-Total is a new format football prediction platform where you predict real football match results, earn points for accuracy, and compete with other players in divisions.

Game Goal: Make accurate predictions on match results, earn points, and climb the leaderboard to win divisions and prizes.

2. Quick Start for Beginners

2.1. Step 1: Registration

You are already registered through the Telegram bot! Your account was created automatically when you first used the /start command.

2.2. Step 2: Choose a Division

Go to the "Divisions List" page and select a suitable division. For beginners, we recommend starting with a free PvP (Solo) division.

What you need to know when choosing:
- Your MMR must be within the division's range (beginners start with MMR 0-100, which is Division 10)
- Free divisions don't require payment
- Paid divisions require VT currency to enter

2.3. Step 3: Join a Division

Click the "Join" button on the division page. If the division is paid, make sure you have enough VT.

2.4. Step 4: Wait for Start

After joining, the division is in "Registration" status. The division will automatically start when:
- Registration deadline passes AND at least 4 players are registered
- OR 20 participants are registered

2.5. Step 5: Make Predictions

When the division becomes active, the first round with 6 matches will appear. For each match:
- Select your predicted score (e.g., 2-1)
- Make sure the prediction is made before the deadline (1 hour before match start)
- After the deadline, predictions cannot be changed

2.6. Step 6: Track Results

After matches finish, the system will automatically calculate your points and update the leaderboard. The more accurate your prediction, the more points you'll get!

3. Division Types

3.1. PvP (Solo) - Individual Play

How it works:
- You play alone against other players
- Each round contains 6 football matches
- You make predictions for all matches
- Earn points for prediction accuracy
- Your position in the leaderboard is determined by total points

Why start with PvP:
- No need to find a team
- Easier to understand
- Perfect for learning the game
- Free options available

3.2. TvT (Team) - Team Play

How it works:
- Teams of 3 players compete against each other
- Each player has a role: Defender, Midfielder, or Forward
- Special abilities are used to gain advantages
- Victory is determined by number of "goals" (point difference)

What you need for TvT:
- Create a team or join an existing one
- Find 2 other players
- Understand the abilities system
- Team MMR determines access to divisions

3.3. PvP Cup (Solo Cup) - Individual Cup

How it works:
- Elimination tournament format for individual players
- Head-to-head matches in each round
- Losers are eliminated from the tournament
- Winner advances to the next round
- Bracket narrows from quarterfinals to final

Features:
- More intense format than regular PvP
- One loss = elimination from tournament
- If points are equal, a penalty shootout is played
- Uses Solo MMR for access
- Slam Points are calculated the same way as in regular PvP divisions

3.4. TvT Cup (Team Cup) - Team Cup

How it works:
- Elimination tournament format for teams of 3 players
- Teams compete head-to-head in each round
- Losing teams are eliminated from the tournament
- Winner advances to the next round
- Team abilities are used (like in regular TvT)

Features:
- Requires a team of 3 players with roles
- Use abilities to gain advantages
- If points are equal, a penalty shootout is played
- Uses Team MMR for access
- Slam Points are calculated the same way as in regular TvT divisions

4. How to Make Predictions

4.1. When Matches Appear

Matches appear in a round after:
- The round transitions to "Active" status
- MVP of the previous round selected 6 matches (or system selected automatically for the first round)

4.2. How to Make a Prediction

4.2.1. Open the division page

4.2.2. Find the match card

4.2.3. Enter your predicted score (e.g., 2-1, where 2 is home goals, 1 is away goals)

4.2.4. Click "Save Prediction"

4.2.5. Repeat for all 6 matches in the round

4.3. Prediction Deadlines

Important: Each match has its own individual deadline - 1 hour before match start.

After deadline:
- Prediction cannot be changed
- If no prediction is made - you get 0 points for that match
- Watch the time on each match card

4.4. Can I Change My Prediction?

Yes, but only before the match deadline. After the deadline, changes are impossible.

5. Scoring System

The scoring system in V-Total consists of two parts: points for individual predictions and bonus Slam Points for a series of accurate predictions in a round.

5.1. Points for Match Predictions

For each match in a round, you earn points based on the accuracy of your prediction:

5.1.1. Exact Score - +6 points

You predicted the exact final score of the match.

Example:
- Your prediction: 2-1
- Actual result: 2-1
- You get: +6 points

5.1.2. Close Prediction - +3 points

Correct outcome with close score, OR correct draw (not exact).

Examples:
- Prediction: 2-1, Actual: 3-2 (correct winner, close score) → +3 points
- Prediction: 1-1, Actual: 0-0 (correct draw, not exact) → +3 points

5.1.3. Correct Outcome - +2 points

You predicted the correct winner (or loser), but the score difference is not close.

Example:
- Prediction: 1-0, Actual: 4-0 (correct winner, but not close) → +2 points

5.1.4. Incorrect Prediction - 0 points

If you didn't guess the match outcome (winner/draw), you get 0 points.

5.2. Slam Points (Bonus Points)

In addition to points for individual predictions, you earn additional Slam Points for a series of accurate predictions in one round.

Accurate predictions = predictions with 2+ points (Exact Score, Close Prediction, or Correct Outcome).

Bonus System:
- 3 accurate predictions = +1 Slam Point
- 4 accurate predictions = +2 Slam Points
- 5 accurate predictions = +3 Slam Points
- 6+ accurate predictions = +4 Slam Points

5.3. Total Round Score

Your total score for a round = sum of points for all 6 predictions + Slam Points.

Calculation Example:
- Match 1: Exact Score (+6 points)
- Match 2: Close Prediction (+3 points)
- Match 3: Correct Outcome (+2 points)
- Match 4: Correct Outcome (+2 points)
- Match 5: Incorrect prediction (0 points)
- Match 6: Incorrect prediction (0 points)
- Total for predictions: 13 points
- Accurate predictions (2+ points): 4 → +2 Slam Points
- Total round score: 15 points

Slam Points can significantly boost your position in the leaderboard, so try to make as many accurate predictions as possible in each round!

6. MMR System

6.1. What is MMR?

MMR (Matchmaking Rating) is a numerical rating that reflects your skill level in V-Total.

Why MMR matters:
- Determines which divisions you can join
- Ensures fair competition
- Changes based on your performance

6.2. Starting MMR

Beginners start with 0 MMR.

6.3. How MMR Changes

MMR is updated after each division completion:
- Higher position in leaderboard → MMR increases
- Lower position → MMR decreases
- Amount of change depends on division type and your position

6.4. MMR Ranges by Division

Division 10: 0-100 (Novice) - starting point
Division 9: 75-250 (Novice)
Division 8: 175-400 (Beginner)
Division 7: 300-550 (Beginner)
Division 6: 450-750 (Intermediate)
Division 5: 600-950 (Intermediate)
Division 4: 750-1150 (Advanced)
Division 3: 900-1350 (Expert)
Division 2: 1050-1650 (Master)
Division 1: 1200+ (Elite)

Tip: Consistent good play will gradually increase your MMR, opening access to more prestigious divisions!

7. VT Currency

7.1. What is VT?

VT (V-Total Currency) is the platform's internal currency, used for:
